WELCOME TO MOES!!!!! food is always deliciouse my son loves eating here when i bring him to work with me only issue has been that soda machine allot of times is not working

We love Moe's and eat there all the time. This was our first time as this location and the restaurant was dirty, staff had wholes in their shirts. A few bites into my salad I found a hair, the food was remade. My son didn't finish his burrito because the steak was mostly fatty pieces. Please clean up this location and provide a better experience.

I had a very poor service by one of the workers . He dint accepts my 50$ cash and ask me to ho in publix to have it change. Mind you I ordered this for pick up and I only have 30min off lunch . The totals is a round 30$ and the employee insisted to go somewhere to get a change even tho they got change becouse I call and ask them about it too and they say ok on everything . By the time go in publix and go back to this place my 30min lunch is over . And they just laughed at me for coming back for it . I did not make any rude comment or anything in the store I'm always nice to any place I go . But the poor customer service piss me off . Now my work place will not want to go in this place .
